We will meet with you several weeks before your wedding to finalize your details - name pronunciations, music selections, special requests, and more will be covered during this meeting. Together we will plan, prepare, and direct the entertainment from beginning to end. We will coordinate with your caterer, photographer, and any other wedding professionals to ensure a well-orchestrated, stress free wedding. We work hard to make your day unforgettable!
Below are some of the most common questions we receive from couples when they inquire about our services.
Our cocktail hour will be in a different location, is that a problem?
Not a problem at all! Many of our clients have their cocktail hour in an adjacent room. We have the very best in audio technology to produce sound in those locations. Or, if necessary, we can set up a secondary system to accommodate your needs.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend that once your venue is being considered, check our availability and secure our services. Many of our dates are booked twelve months in advance.
What are your rates?
We understand that every wedding is different. Rates vary and are dependent on which of our entertainment packages suit your needs and budget. We also offer many add-on packages, such as uplighting, monogram lighting, video production, and party favors for your guests (i.e., glow necklaces, Hawaiian leis, etc.).

We can't find anyone to marry us, do you offer a wedding officiant service?
Yes we do, so you can say "I do"! Our wedding officiant is a non-denominational officiant that will be able to provide you and your spouse-to-be with the style of wedding you prefer. Our officiant can provide traditional or non-traditional elements to your ceremony.
We are planning an on-site wedding ceremony; can you help?
Absolutely! We specialize in on-site wedding ceremonies! We have the necessary equipment, music, and experience to assist you in making your wedding dreams come true! Additionally, we will guide you from the very start, to ensure a stress-free wedding.
