We will arrange a meeting with you prior to your wedding to finalize all the details, including name pronunciations, music selections, special requests, and more. Together, we will meticulously plan, prepare, and manage the entertainment from start to finish. Will it be an issue if our cocktail hour is in a different location?

Not at all. Many of our clients have their cocktail hour on a deck, patio, or an adjacent room. We utilize the best audio technology to produce sound in those locations. If necessary, we can set up a secondary system to accommodate your needs.

How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend checking our availability and securing our services as soon as you are considering your venue. Many of our dates are booked twelve to eighteen months in advance.

 

What are your rates?

We understand that every wedding is unique. Rates vary and depend on which of our entertainment packages suit your needs and budget. We also offer various add-on packages, such as uplighting, monogram lighting, video production, and party favors for your guests (e.g., LED Glow Wands, Custom Laser Engraved Favors, etc).
